Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    1. To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid RichlyAI account.
    2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting RichlyAI through the affiliate program.
  2. Enrollment and Approval:
    1. To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit a complete application through our website.
    2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
  3. Commissions:
    1. Affiliate commissions will range from 10% to 20% of the amount paid by the referred user on a monthly or yearly basis.
    2. Commissions are calculated based on the net amount received after any discounts or refunds.
    3. Commissions are only eligible for withdrawal or use as subscription credit if the referred user is on a paid plan (pro, business, or enterprise).
    4. Commissions for self-referrals or fraudulent activities will be voided.
  4. Commission Payouts and Withdrawals:
    1. Commissions can be withdrawn as cash or used towards a subscription payment.
    2. Withdrawals can be made once per month, from the 28th of the current month to the 5th of the following month.
    3. A minimum threshold for withdrawal may apply, as specified on our platform.
    4. Withdrawal requests made outside the specified withdrawal period will not be processed.
    5. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to 7 business days to process.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:
    1. Affiliates are encouraged to promote RichlyAI through various marketing channels, as long as they comply with our guidelines.
    2. Affiliates must not engage in any misleading or unethical marketing practices when promoting RichlyAI.
    3. Affiliates may use the marketing materials provided by RichlyAI, but modifications to these materials require prior written approval.
  6. Termination:
    1. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, without prior notice.
    2. Termination may occur if an affiliate violates any of the program's terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
    3. In case of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
  7. Liability:
    1. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the participation in the affiliate program.
    2. Affiliates are responsible for any tax liabilities associated with their earnings from the program.
  8. Modification of Terms:

By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions earned.
